The picture quality here is amazing considering these meal selfies are taken as quickly as possible in between feeding toddlers and stuffing my face. The kids don’t always eat what Kevin and I eat. They’re little and picky, so I sometimes I plan a meal around a protein and veggie everyone will eat and then just add a starch for the kids. Other times eating well means making two separate dinners. Leftovers for the next day’s lunches are definitely a benefit so I don’t mind the extra cooking too much.
