Maybe you’ve heard about the cauliflower pizza crust phenomenon. Essentially, you pulverize, dehydrate and disguise a perfectly good vegetable and turn it into low-carb junk food. I’ve made some and enjoyed the outcome, but it was a lot of work. I’ve seen crusts for sale online, but ordering pizza crust also seems like work. When the craving hit last week I opted for the “deconstructed crust” method. Meaning, I put ingredients on top of plain cauliflower to make it taste more like pizza.
